We are pleased to announce that we have started Anglo-Eastern Maritime Training Center at New Delhi.
The institute has 3600 sq ft with 4 classrooms and a library. It is centrally located with easy access for candidates from New Delhi and surrounding areas.
The training Center will be unique as it would be holding competency course for 2nd mate FG, a first among any foreign shipping company in India. It would give us an opportunity to enhance the competency level of students prior their boarding a vessel as certified officers. We will be able to fully control the quality of teaching for young officers.
At Anglo-Eastern Maritime Training Center we strongly believe that training of the ship staff is one of the most critical factors in achieving safe, economical and profitable operation of a vessel. The New Delhi center will also hold a 3-day ECDIS course starting every week on Monday. The other courses which would be conducted every month are SOC, RA, AI, MARPOL, PSC, ISO 14001, Navigation and Engine safety campaign, Weather routing and bulk carrier safety course. We will be bringing in more and more new courses in time.
The New Delhi center will also facilitate the increasing volume of deck cadets for getting clearances prior joining their ships.
